HERTLING: “They should be very worried, and I think anybody in the military right now is worried. I've had discussions with both active and retired senior leaders within the military of all services and they say there are concerned. Because it's exactly the ways and means that we're talking about. The ways you conduct operations not just with a military but with other elements of national power, the means that you have to conduct them when you have a degradation of certain types of weapon systems which we've seen through various reportings.”
