HILL: “A new reporting this morning on the president's elaborate plane switch and secret flight out of Turkey last month because of a threat from Iran. A source telling CNN, fighter jets accompanying both the plane that Trump flew on and the Air Force One, the flight that was used as a decoy. Two cabinet members, Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent elected to stay on that decoy plane. Meantime, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and some aides in the president's inner circle joined him on the covert flight. All of this unfolding after Israel had passed along some intelligence which suggested a specific threat from Iran targeting Air Force One, a threat involving a shoulder fired missile. Now, some officials were reportedly skeptical of that Israeli intelligence, which was viewed as part of Israel's effort to influence President Trump's decision making on Iran.”
