BEVAN: “Yeah, I mean, the Trump Administration is sort of caught in Groundhog Day. Over and over and over again, we’re going through the same exercise. And Trump has tried a variety of different things, right? He’s used the stick, then the carrot, then the stick. He’s called them — he’s praised them. Now he’s calling them scum. He says they’re trustworthy. Now they’re not trustworthy. But we always seem to end up in the same place. And that is, I think, by design on the Iranian side. But as the general said, you know, taking out the IRGC is one way to end this, but that’s a lot easier said than done. And can we possibly do that without actually sending boots on the ground, putting boots on the ground, which is something the president has said he is not willing to do.”
