And President Trump turned to him and he said, 'Wait a minute, you mean if there’s a war going on, you can’t have elections?' And he said it jokingly, but at the same time, knowing President Trump. I looked at that and I thought, 'I don’t know, he's saying it jokingly but I don't know if he's joking.'"
