LANKFORD: “We've already seen China's gain worldwide control of many of our critical minerals. The United States has failed to be able to produce our own critical minerals, fighting against all the permitting environmental restrictions so that we're now dependent on China for our critical minerals when we have those critical minerals here. If China has control of semiconductors like they have control of critical minerals, they literally control the modern economy globally."
