Richard Haass: Iran Lost the War Tactically, and They’ve Won It Strategically

HAASS: "Yes, they've lost the war tactically, and they've won it strategically. That's what I'm saying."
SCARBOROUGH: "Other than Vietnam and Iraq and Afghanistan and on and on and on, has that ever happened? Should this administration been warned about winning every military victory and losing the war?"
HAASS: "I don't think anybody, or maybe one or two people did warn them on that. And also the idea that we can impose terms on the Iranians here, we can't. And what you're getting from them is they are pushing back."
