Ret. Adm. McRaven: In the Long Run, We Can’t Allow Iran to Have Leverage over the Strait of Hormuz

McRAVEN: "And I agree, in the short run, that‘s probably a good play. But in the long run, we can‘t allow the Iranians to continue to have leverage on the Straits of Hormuz. So, at some point in time, you‘re going to have to get the Straits open. And I think the only way that‘s going to happen is if we lift the blockade. We can still pressure them with, you know, more tactical, more strategic strikes, and hopefully get them to the table so that we can move this thing forward."
