Hoffman on Voices in the Iran Regime: The FM Said That They May Allow the U.S. to Take the Uranium, But the Deputy FM Says That’s Not an Option
RUSH EXCERPT:
HOFFMAN: "We could be looking at different voices within the Iranian regime, foreign minister, indicated perhaps Iran be willing to allow the United States to take that enriched uranium out of the country, roughly 1000 pounds of it and now you hear from the deputy foreign minister that is not an option. It could be two different voices, it could be Iran knows who wanted out and they will drive up the price for what they want in return, we are holding 20 billion of frozen Iranian assets and they may want that in return for giving up uranium the president may not want to do that so that’s where negotiations will continue. Iranians haven’t won a whole lot of wars but they are good at negotiating and it’s going to be painstaking and I don’t believe we are going to get to a result as fast as we might have thought we would yesterday."
