GRANT: “Iran is posturing because they have no power in the Strait of Hormuz. The strait is controlled by the U.S. Navy, traffic is beginning to move, a cruise ship has made it from Dubai to muscat and I think we will see a gradual increase in traffic. It’s our U.S. Navy, and the blockade remains in force. Iran has not carried out its threats to attack any other shipping or any of the gulf”
