KENNEDY: “Not without hearings, no. Not without knowing what’s in the $200 billion. I mean, I support the war, and if they need more money, I’m going to vote to give it to them. But my momma didn’t raise a fool. And if she did, it was one of my brothers. I’m not going to give them a blank check. I want to see what’s in there.”
