KENDALL: "Well, my guess is we’ve already reached that point. But Israel is pursuing its own goals here. And as as was said, they want to weaken their enemies as much as they can while they have the opportunity. And of course, the assistance of the United States, particularly in Iran. So they’re going to do what they can while they have freedom to do it, basically to go after their enemies. Now, Hezbollah did strike Israel, and they have the right to defend themselves, but they’re taking full advantage of the opportunity that they have."
