PITTARD: "Well, it depends. I mean, for unconditional surrender, we’re talking about a long time, and that would take troops on the ground to compel Iran to surrender. That’s why that’s foolhardy. At this point, I think the best outcome at this point might take weeks. And that is, again, the reduction of the ballistic missiles making Iran come to the table negotiating table. So this can end. But I if we’re now looking at troops on the ground and unconditional surrender, it could last a long, long time."
