DEAN: “It is such a concern that the president has the defense industry coming into the White House today. How do we quickly replace this billions of dollars of equipment? We lost three fighter jets, each costing $100 million and takes a long time to replace. I'm wearing my pin today for Ukraine because I think of all this weaponry and how this weaponry should have been put as easily as possible into the hands of Ukraine to have ended this war now four years in the making and in the deadly nature of it. And yet what we are doing is blowing up so much of our military might in the Middle East instead of focusing on peace. This president ran to bring prices down and to bring peace. He's Orwellian in this. He's actually said that war is peace in his declarations around this.”
