Sen. Ron Johnson: Trump Is a ‘Peacemonger, Not a Warmonger’

JOHNSON: “I think from my standpoint, President Trump is, in my lifetime, the president least likely to get us embroiled in a long-term war. Now he uses our military strength to achieve peace through strength. That's what he's trying to do here. He's a peacemonger, not a warmonger. So again, I'm not overly concerned about this turning into a protracted and long-term engagement here. He's stating the war aims. They're achieving them spectacularly. And again, hopefully the Iranian people reclaim their country and their freedom.”
