But Congress is the one who gets to decide whether there’s we get to go into war or not. Are they saying, well, let’s just give the power to the president that Congress shouldn’t ever speak up? That is exactly what our founders didn’t want. They didn’t want a king to be going in and deciding war or peace. And I think the democratic process actually makes it stronger. And by the way, if you get Congress, that shows an extraordinary mandate, if you don’t have”
