KUSHNER: “We are here to help the people of Gaza, to lift them up, and give them every opportunity to succeed. And we really see this as a partnership with them and with the Israelis to see if we can create an environment that can be peaceful, that can be functional, that can offer people the opportunity to really live a better life. And I think you've seen some of the work today, and hopefully we'll be successful. Like I said the last one, failure is not an option, and we have to really push forward and keep finding ways to succeed with this.”
