OLSZEWSKI: “This is just another unlawful and intentional step until an absolute executive abuse of power. The U.S. Constitution is clear, it gives Congress the power of the purse, which is a critical check on executive abuses just like this. It's also a reflection of our Founding Father's desires to prevent a monarchy. I'll end with one more thought.
