FETTERMAN: "I don’t support it at all. I think it should — I think it should be lifted. I think we should normalize relations with Cuba and it would be a good trading partner. I think it would be — it just — it’s — they're policies of a bygone era. And I think we should encourage and foment democracy in Cuba, and the embargo only punishes innocent people that — it doesn’t accomplish anything. I don’t support the embargo, it never made much sense to me. So, I think it’s — I think it’s a damaging, vestigial holdover from an era that is long, long, long gone."
