Dem Rep. Delia Ramirez Says Democrats Should Do ‘Everything’ to Investigate AIPAC

TRANSCRIPT:

HASAN: "As we saw in Night Flower, the Foreign Agents Registration Act, FARA, is designed to prevent foreign powers from secretly influencing U.S. elections, American democracy, the government, and the whistleblower who Dion spoke to, the former AIPAC staffer, said, and I quote, 'I believe AIPAC acts as a foreign agent in spirit these days.' Do you think if Democrats take back the House and Senate, if there is a Democratic-controlled Congress, and one day, maybe again, a Democrat-controlled Department of Justice, should AIPAC be investigated to see if it should register as a foreign agent?"
RAMIREZ: "It should absolutely be investigated, and we should be doing everything in our power come January 3rd to start that process."
