DUNLEAVY: “This thing is clearly orchestrated by the Democratic Party, national party as well, in order to confuse the voters. This is not a legitimate candidate. When he applied to the Division of Elections back in May to be put on our ballot, he put his name as Dan S. Sullivan. His name, his middle initial is not S. That’s the middle initial of our incumbent senator, and he goes by Daniel J. Sullivan. So, that raised our eyebrows on the get-go, and then looking at his website, that it looked exactly like the incumbent’s website, looking at his past registration, and now with this New York Times article, it’s pretty clear that there’s a lot more going on here than they want you to believe.”
