Sherrod Brown Reflects on Him and Marcy Kaptur Running for Office in 1982

TRANSCRIPT:

BROWN: "Governor Celeste, nice to see you. And Jan. I remember a long time ago that I stood in this union hall, and this guy right here, this tall guy in the front, Dick Celeste, was running for governor and I was running for secretary of state. And I was speaking. I remember Marcy Kaptur running for Congress for the first time, came in the back door. And everybody forgot that Celeste and I were here and cheered for Marcy Kaptur. That's a true story."
