Undercover Video Catches Dem Stefany Shaheen Calling to Put ICE Agents ‘Out of Work’

EXCERPT:

S. SHAHEEN: “Well, I don’t know if you saw, but I spoke out against her decision to shut government down.”
REPORTER: “OK. OK.”
S. SHAHEEN: “It was in a very public way, because I didn’t think we could go forward without Speaker Johnson being willing to guarantee a vote on the tax credits, essentially, the ACA tax credits. And he refused to guarantee a vote. I think we have to pull back the funding for Homeland Security, and we need to dismantle ICE. And if you — if you look at my website, we put forward a roadmap for what needs to change with ICE. So I spell out the whole roadmap. I think the number one thing we can do is pull back the funding.”
REPORTER: “So — so, basically dismantle, defund —”
S. SHAHEEN: “Yes. Yeah. And — and put them out of work.”
