Calif. GOP Gov. Candidate Steve Hilton: ‘If Everybody Who Voted for the President in 2024 Votes for Me This Time, I’ll Win with 100,000 Votes to Spare’

HILTON: “Listen, I know everyone says a Republican can’t win in California. It’s such a Deep Blue state. I want to give you, I want to start with the numbers. You’re a numbers guy. Here are the numbers. We think we’re going to need about 6 million votes to win this election. In 2024, President Trump got 6.1 million votes in California. If everybody who voted for the president in 2024 votes for me this time, I’ll win with 100,000 votes to spare. But on top of that, every single day, I’ve got Democrats coming up to me saying, almost word-for-word, I’m a lifelong Democrat, but this year I’m voting for you because we can’t go on like this. We got to have a change.”
