GMA: An Alabama Woman Charged with Threatening to Kill Pres. Trump Ahead of a College Football Game

‘[She] faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted’

EXCERPT:

THOMAS: "An Alabama woman has been indicted for allegedly threatening to kill President Trump after he announced in October his plans to attend the Alabama/Georgia football game scheduled for October 10 in Tuscaloosa. The FBI claims on October 5th, just five days before the game, that Meghan Utz posted this disturbing statement on Facebook: 'He’s not allowed in my stadium. I’ll put a bullet through him if he dares.' In the post you can see a photo of Trump who ended up not attending the game because of weather. It’s unclear whether Utz had access to a gun, but the FBI said it discovered a TikTok video showing her at last year’s game between Georgia and Alabama. The indictment comes just days after a Kansas man was arrested roughly 48 hours before President Trump was set to speak at a rally in Wichita, only 20 minutes from where that suspect lives. The Alabama charges are a sign law enforcement is taking no chances after repeated attempts against Trump’s life. Utz is due back in court on November 5th for arraignment and faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted."
