KHALIL: “I'm really fighting because I can afford to lose, unlike the thousands and hundreds of thousands of immigrant families in this country who cannot afford to lose, unfortunately, or the Palestinian families who are now, you know, going through occupation and killing, also they cannot afford to lose. So I'm one of those privileged Palestinians who are now, when I compare my situation with my people, but also with immigrant families, it's a drop in the sea, unfortunately. So this is my part of the fight.”
