Wyoming Grad Student from China Allegedly Poisoned Her Colleague, Tried to Flee U.S.

KAUL: “This video is disturbing, it is shocking and it was actually captured by a spy cam and released by the victim. What you’re looking at here is the victim’s co-worker at that time at Berkeley putting some kind of substance into her water bottle. So this was allegedly happening in 2019, that’s when this video was taken, but the victim is saying, Mugo, that this was going on, that this person, David Xu — she’s identified him as David Xu — was poisoning her food and her water at Berkeley between 2017 and 2019, and saying, Mugo, that that was causing them to have some kind of unexplained health problems so bad that they said that they had to actually get emergency care and go to the hospital a couple of times.”
