Annie Andrews Says Darline Graham Had Three Opportunities to End the Iran War Yet She Voted Three Times for It

‘Farmers are getting crushed and everything costs more’

EXCERPT:

ANDREWS: "No, I do not support the war with Iran. Already 21 American service members have been killed, and we recently learned that eight sailors aboard the U.S.S. Abraham Lincoln tried to commit suicide. We've also spent 50 billion American taxpayer dollars on this war — again, money that could have been invested in our infrastructure, healthcare system, or public education system. And the war is the exact reason we now have record high gas and diesel prices. Farmers are getting crushed and everything costs more. My opponent is the only one on this stage who had the opportunity to vote to end the war, but three times in a row she voted to continue it. And several days after one of those votes, she had the audacity to walk out onto this stage and admit that national security isn’t really her thing. South Carolina, if your surgeon said that appendectomies aren’t really his thing, would you still hand him a scalpel? No. So why would we hand Darline Graham a full term in the U.S. Senate? She is unserious and unqualified."
