MARTIN: "Look, the smartest thing the Republicans did last week was cut bait on North Carolina. Roy Cooper is going to win that race and move money to Kansas. That New York Times poll showed Kansas is tied in the Senate, which is extraordinary. But, you know, the conditions are just right. Democrats have a good candidate. And Roger Marshall has got some challenges. So, look, I think the money may be enough in Kansas, but it’s not going to be easy. And there’s a reason why they’re doing triage now because they’re just they’re not going to flip Georgia. They’re not going to hold North Carolina. And they got to now go to some places that demand money.”
