Eric Deters: ‘I’m Suing [Guilfoyle] for Defamation … She Told the WSJ that Those Text Messages Were All Fake’

DETERS: "Oh, Kimberly Guilfoyle, this is great, Kimberly Guilfoyle's team said — I’m suing for defamation, and her lawyer. Their problem just got worse."
STEIN: "You’re suing Kimberly Guilfoyle for defamation?"
DETERS: "Yeah, let me say why."
STEIN: "As of when?"
DETERS: "You know what she told The Wall Street Journal? She told the Wall Street Journal and her lawyer that those text messages were all fake. And then you know what they also said? I’m a notorious blackmailer. What?! I’ve never been accused of blackmail, charged with blackmail, I've never blackmailed anybody. So I’m going to sue her and her lawyer for saying the text messages were fake and I’m a notorious blackmailer."
STEIN: "Have you filed the suit yet?"
DETERS: "No."
