Rep. Khanna on AI Regulation Violators: If They’re Creating Models That Could Hack Something, Then There Needs To Be That Investigation

KHANNA: “In some cases, there should be an investigation if they do something that is a criminal act. I mean, if they knowingly are creating models that they believe could hack something, then there -- there needs to be that investigation. But I'd certainly open up an investigation to see what happened. And I'd certainly enforce the tort laws.”
