The reality is, and the governor knows this, 85% of venture capital this year in the whole country came to California. The AI revolution is happening in my district in Silicon Valley. They're producing more billionaires. And billionaires don't pay enough tax. They're only paying 2.5% of the entire California budget because they're not paying like you or me an income tax. They're just sitting on these fortunes.”
