L.A. Mayor Bass: We’re Very Fortunate that in California You Can Mail in Your Ballot and You Don’t Even Need a Stamp

EXCERPT:

BASS: "Well, I have to tell you that in the state of California, we’re very fortunate because every Californian receives their ballots in the mail and we don’t have to go to the polling centers here. They’re available and you can go, but you don’t have to go. You can mail in your ballot and you don’t even need a stamp. You just hand it to your postal worker and that’s it. We also have drop boxes that people can drop their ballots in. So, I’m sure that there will be some fear. Maybe they’ll just drive along and seize the ballot boxes, I don’t know."
