GOP Sen. Ricketts on Trump Going to Neb. Ahead of the Midterms: ‘You’ve Got to Make Sure Voters Know Where You Stand on Things’

EXCERPT:

RICKETTS: “You got to go out and earn votes each and every time. And that's what I've done in all my elections. I've been running in Nebraska for 20 years. In fact, it's one of those things that you've got to make sure voters know where you stand on things. And of course, in this cycle, we're looking at the prices we inherited from the Biden administration. People are unhappy where grocery prices are. And so we also have high gas prices, high diesel prices. So these are the things that we got to remind people that we're putting money back in their pockets with working families tax cut, no tax on tips, no tax on overtime. The 88% of seniors who won't pay tax on Social Security. And of course, that we've secured the border.”
