Brooke Goldstein: Two Civilians ‘Saved the Rest of the Passengers’ During Attempted Hijacking of Tel Aviv-Bound Plane

RUSH EXCERPT:

GOLDSTEIN: "Lara it’s great to be here with you tonight. Thank you for having me. What is remarkable is the way that the story is already being framed. If you rot — watched raiders of the BBC you would think this is some kind of altercation between two pilots in a plane just happened to fall 14,000 feet. Obviously that was not the case. The Israelis are telling us this is a man who went through islamist indoctrination and we have seen decades of people trying to attack can hijack airplanes with Jewish and Israeli people on the bed even though the airplane itself was targeted because of the Israelis because of the Israelis he was saved and it’s absolutely remarkable that two civilians went and saved the rest of the passengers on the plane. It shows the resilience of the Israelis and how they took charge and made sure this plane wasn’t going to go down. ”
