Fox News: Newly-Released Bodycam Footage of Luigi Mangione Arrest

EXCERPT:

LLENAS: “Mangione was then taken to the police station where he was strip-searched and handcuffed again. Officers continued removing more evidence from the book bag, including the suspected murder weapon, a silencer and his journal. Mangione pleaded guilty in August to two federal stalking charges he admitted in court to assassinating Thompson. His defense team has filed a motion to dismiss New York State’s murder case, arguing double jeopardy. The Manhattan DA’s office has until next week to submit its written argument as to why the state case should not be dismissed. Mangione’s federal sentencing? Well, that’s set for December 18th.”
