BARKLEY: "One reason I wanted to come on here, like, I know you're gonna be a straight shooter. Like, I ain’t — like, if a Democrat’s full of it, like, I’m gonna tell them. We got -- listen, I ain’t worried about — Kamala Harris is a nice lady. She can’t be president. We gotta come up with a real candidate or we’re gonna lose again. Like, I don’t know who they’re gonna run, whether it’s Marco Rubio, whether it’s J.D. or whoever, but, like, we — I told you I love Talarico, I don’t think he can be president, I think he's gonna win in Texas, but Shapiro, I love Shapiro, but anti-Semitism is on full effect right now. And then Wes, who I love, black, he’s under attack. Andy Beshear, I love Beshear, he just don’t have the national following. But at least I know one of those four guys — those three guys, excuse me — is a grown person. And, you know, they talk about Gavin Newsom, I’m like, Gavin Newsom’s not gonna be president of the United States. They talk about AOC. She’s not gonna be president of the United States. We need a grown person in the room, whether Shapiro, Wes Moore, or Andy Beshear, because, man, it’s gonna be a long two years. It’s gonna be a long two years here. And then you gotta play catch up. And you know, Chris, the one thing you can never do is catch up. I tell people, I say, yo, man some of this stuff that’s happening now, it’s gonna be hard to catch up.”
