EXCERPT:

LEAVITT: “Good morning, everyone, and welcome to Hello America. This is a very exciting day, and in a few minutes, you're going to hear from the president of the United States. Today is about putting Americans first and building a government that works better for the people it serves. That means making government simpler, faster, and more effective, challenging the way things have always been done, and finding better ways to move forward.”
