Rubio: Adversaries Can Never Invest in Greenland Without Our Approval

The fear was and the concern has always been, we have seen this play out in other parts of the world his countries and a potential adversaries goes to a place and they use investments. They buy a port, build a port, airport, build something that has a dual use. It looks like an airport, it looks like a seaport but it’s built in a way that it looks like a military base.
