JAYAPAL: “No, that’s exactly right. And it’s also very difficult to take seriously the poster child of corruption and fraud, that is the president and his cabinet, when they say that there’s fraud happening, I mean, they have been hell-bent on getting rid of health care for millions of Americans. And already just under this administration, 8 million Americans have lost their coverage or chosen not to opt for new coverage because it’s too expensive. Right? Another 22 million have seen their premiums go up. So that’s 30 million Americans who are seeing these increased costs. And we just did a poll because, you know, I’m the lead on Medicare for all. 1 in 4 Americans has been denied coverage.”
