Robert Garcia: ‘If It Was up to Me, We’d Be Abolishing ICE as an Agency’

GARCIA: "If it’s up to me, we would be abolishing ICE as an agency. They are out of control. They are a police state force that is now run by Stephen Miller and Donald Trump. They are there to harm people. They have killed people, U.S. citizens, people that are here just working. They are causing incredible violence across this country and it continues, whether it’s in Texas, whether it’s in Maine, across the country, Minneapolis. And so, we’ve got to rein this agency in. And hopefully, when we have the majority and the ability to stop and slow and negotiate budgets, we'll be able to do so."
