WALTZ: “Well, Russia was a next — net exporter of diesel. And diesel is in tractors, it’s in trucks, it’s in obviously our airlines and shipping fleets. We are not a — we are not a farm to table country. We are a farm to truck to table country. And one of the drivers for inflation around the world is diesel. Now, I do think there could be some opening or some discussion of both the Ukrainians and the Russians pulling back on attack on infantry — on energy infrastructure, and also on grain infrastructure. Especially in East Africa, there are over a half a billion Africans that are going to go from bad to worse situation because of the attacks on food and the attacks on energy infrastructure that we’re seeing both sides. It’s one of the reasons, Kaitlan, is that the president has been clear: the war has got to end.”
