HINES: "Yeah, I mean, I think, a couple of things. First of all, the last time the seat was open and 20 twenty two, the Democrat, only lost by 16 hundred boats. So that’s a really close race riot, and so we’ve known that this is a toss up the whole time. I’m glad that the rest of the country is catching up to that, but I’ve known that it is that way. The people that I live here I mean I have Trump voters and my family. I know that a lot of people were hoping that he would follow through on those promises right to lower costs, no more endless wars and he hasn’t delivered on any of his promises and he hasn’t delivered on those promises, while the Senate and the house are both in Republican control right. So I think that people here just recognize that they can’t trust em and we need to go into in a different direction and we need people who are actually from this community fighting for us. So you know my opponent is not one of us by it. He is from Birmingham and he doesn’t really understand what it’s like to work, really hard for everything that you’ve got and then see and administration that could care less about hard work and the working families that are here"
