Biden Denies Special Forces in Syria Are Boots on the Ground

SCARBOROUGH: "But they are ground troops. We get boots on the ground."
BIDEN: "Let me put this way; we have boots on the ground, but we have boots on the ground not leaving, but training the folks we’ve trained to be more effective and provide air cover for them as they move. But, everybody know what we meant by ground troops."
