Karl Rove: Republicans Have Three Problems, You Don’t Get a Midterm Victory by Saying I Did a Great Job

ROVE: "Well, look, the peoples felt experience in the real lives the Republicans don’t have one problem in my opinion they have three. The one is they need to talk about their record but not too much. You’D never get a midterm victory by saying I did a great job. Midterm elections are about change. They need to be checked not to other things that need to talk about what comes next. What are they going to try to do the next couple of years? What are the things necessary to be done to make America more prosperous, to allow families to cope with the prices that they have seen at the grocery store and at the pump. And the third thing they need to do is make a case against the opposition. We are not running against your father or grandfather’s Democratic Party of the Republicans are running this year against a the party that ha a lot of candidates that were associate with the Democrat socialists of America or are actually members the Democrat socialist of America. The Republicans better do a better job of articulating and contrasting themselves with those Democrats."
