JENNINGS: “If I can go back to the to the RNC memo for a minute, they actually have a tactical point, and it is something the Republicans have been grappling with since President Trump came on the scene. There actually are a lot of Republican leaning voters who like to vote for him, but tend not to or haven‘t turned out for all other Republicans. And I think the point they were making is, look, we we‘re trying to get those people who love Trump to come out and vote for you. And if you don‘t engage with us in that process, we‘re going to have a hard time doing that. So it‘s it‘s actually a numeric issue they‘ve been dealing with for quite some time. And I understand that the technical point of it.”
