Josh Ritter: Lindsay Clancy Prosecution Will Have to ‘Re-Evaluate’

RITTER: “I think the prosecution is going to have to reevaluate definitely based upon the way that this jury was leaning. If that is, in fact, true, and it sounds like it was, they’re definitely going to have to reevaluate because somewhere they went wrong strategically. And I think that there are ways for them to course correct that they’re going to definitely need to do if they expect any kind of a different outcome the second time around. And they’re going to have to reevaluate, I think, the charges themselves that they bring, perhaps even the prosecutors who are on the case. All of this is going to be a lot of closed-door meetings over the next few days that they’re going to have to sit down into the side. And from Kevin Reddington perspective, I think, you know, maybe not much will change.”
