EL-SAYED: "I -- I think free trade is like a cancer on the American economy, and if you have to answer you might take chemo. Now the problem with chemo, is if you could give somebody all the chemo all of the same time, you were going to kill them because chemo is actually poison. But if you give the right chemo in the right dose at the right time, you can kill the cancer and save the patient, which is what we’re trying to do here."
