PRESSLEY: "Yeah, I Think it’s a fair question. But let me just say this. I’m no ageist on either end of the spectrum here. When I’ve campaigned for maxwell frost or Justin Pearson, it wasn’t because they were young. It had everything to do with the strength of their fight, the strength of their conviction, the clarity and the boldness of their ideas. Similarly, in the house, I have the have had the honor to be mentored by people from Elijah Cummings to John Lewis to Maxine Waters, more recently serving on the financial services committee. We just advanced on the financial services committee under the leadership of Maxine Waters and Elizabeth Warren, a 21st century road to housing bill. And that is the number one issue on the minds of people. So what I’m hearing is that ultimately what people care about is, again, the boldness of your ideas and the strength of your fight. And Ed Markey has that in spades."
