This seat belongs to the people of South Carolina.' And if anything, Darline Graham has demonstrated that she is not prepared for the job. I mean, she said so herself. I mean, in a world in — again, in a world in which Republicans have been making the argument that everything should be based on merit, how do they justify this?"
