PHILLIP: "I do think it's naive to think that Jared Kushner is just meeting with Hakeem Jeffries just to kick it. They’re not — no, like, the last time they worked together was in the first Trump Administration on the First Step Act. They’re talking because Jared Kushner understands what is coming. And Jared Kushner, by the way, understands that the investigations are coming."
ELROD: "Yes."
PHILLIP: "And so it’s not just about, oh, how do we, you know, lower, you know, grocery prices? I think he’s trying to feel out Jeffries to find out how bad this is going to get for the president."
